For the month of August our “Tour de France Supper Prix Fixe” takes us west to Aquitaine, one of the great historical regions of France, with known settlements dating to prehistory. It boasts roughly 193 miles of sandy Atlantic coastline and enchanting, dense pine forests. It’s easy to understand why Aquitaine has given us many classic French dishes. Its capital, Bordeaux, is one of the most famous wine producing areas in the country if not the world. Inspired by the richness of Aquitaine’s natural treasures, Chef Cedric has composed an exciting and decadent meal highlighting the offerings from this incredible area. Bon Appetit!
