Child abuse occurs with alarming frequency here in New York City. One in three children experiences abuse by the time he or she is 18 years old. The New York Center for Children provides comprehensive support to child abuse victims and their families.

For those who cannot attend and who would like to hedge against another bleak winter in NYC - the raffle includes a 3 night stay in a 3 bedroom ocean-side villa with a private pool at the 5-star Imanta Resort and Spa in Punta de Mita, Mexico, valued at $14,000.
