Plate to Gate at Brooklyn Grange Farm part 1

An absolutely epic collection of photos from an unforgettable night with chef Connolly, Plate to Gate, Brooklyn Grange, Red Newt and Tuthilltown Spirits, and all of our lovely guests. It’s possible that it was the most beautiful night ever, in that part of Queens, though it was without doubt one of the most delicious. There’s two more Plate to Gate dinners at the Brooklyn Grange rooftop farm Thurs Aug 4 & Thurs Sept 29. Check the blog for details! Thank you everyone who joined us, and everyone who helped make another movable feast possible!

Summer Desserts

image

There can be no doubt; Summertime is go. And if you’ve been through Bobo since Monday perhaps you’ve noticed; Summer desserts are also go! As above (with pastry chef Emily Wholey’s ice cream sandwiches- ask your server about flavors!), so below, with all of our new desserts, it’s summer fruit front and center. Mostly. There is also a masterpiece of chocolatier’ing. But with Emily when isn’t there? Get involved!
